Tinaga island is a showcase of pristine clear blue water and unspoiled virgin white sand beaches. In recognition of a 100%\u00a0green sustainable development, TRC strives to maintain a delicate balance between achieving tourism development goals and conserving the islands fragile environment.<\/p>\n<p>TRC has incorporated the use of sustainable bamboo and coconut timber in the construction of its villas and structures. \u00a0Bamboo is a fast growing grass combining the hardness of a mild steel and the strength of concrete. \u00a0The resort&#8217;s energy needs are derived from 100% renewable sources: solar power and methane gas from a biomass converter.
